Find a new community
At Rise & Ride Thetford, our boutique studio is about more than just fitness.
We're building a community of Risers - people who support one another, celebrate every achievement, & rise together. Yes, we love getting sweaty on the bike, but what we're really creating is a place where everyone feels included, encouraged & inspired. With expert coaching and a genuinely supportive environment, you'll be challenged to push yourself while feeling a true sense of belonging.
Let's ride. Let's rise. ⚡

About us
Hi, I'm Chloe, and I'm so glad you found us!
I'm so excited to be bringing the official Spinning® programme to Thetford. Not that long ago, I never imagined I'd be an instructor, let alone opening my own studio - but the journey to this point has moved incredibly fast - when something genuinely lights up your heart, you've just got to go for it, right?!
That is the ethos and energy I am bringing to the studio. To me, there is no better feeliing than being on that bike in front of you all, feeling my energy reflected straight back to me. So THANK YOU. Without you, I never would have thought this possible.
As a Certified Spinning® Instructor, I deliver structured, motivating classes designed to help you improve fitness, build endurance and enjoy every ride.
Your support means more than you know & I'm thrilled to invite you into our tribe! A community of Risers.
